How to hear an exclusion and the law relating to this. This will include:
- Understanding when Governors become involved in the Exclusions process
- Supporting the academy in upholding discipline and hold the academy to account for acting lawfully, reasonably, rationally, proportionately and fairly
- Knowing what behaviours can lead to an exclusion
- Understanding the appeals process and the role of the Independent Review Panel
